North Huntingdon Township, Westmoreland County, is currently recruiting for the newly created position of Communications and Technology Coordinator.This position performs both complex and supportive duties in assisting the Township in effectively interfacing existing technology and deploying new technologies to achieve the strategic mission of enhanced communications both internally and externally. This position performs work across the following Departments; Administration, Parks and Recreation, Public Works and Planning. Minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Public Administration or a related field. At least one year of work experience demonstrating an operational knowledge of computer technologies and their applications in the workforce is desired.
